CUENCOS TIBETANOS
Soy Gabriela Silvestri de pequeña tenía buena conexión con los instrumentos, me formé en piano, guitarra y canto, luego fui enfocando el estudio hacia mi interés personal.
Si bien trabajé en la salud, buscando la música como camino de vida comencé a dar clases de canto.
En el 2008 inicié una etapa de laboratorio personal con los Cuencos Tibetanos, buscando sanar las heridas del alma. Fusionando el Cuenco y la voz, sentí que generaba mucha armonía interior. Lo utilicé como mi propia medicina, luego mi círculo cercano me pidió que compartiera la experiencia.
En aquel momento se hablaba poco sobre los cuencos tibetanos, con el correr de los años llegaron propuestas de talleres y armonizaciones para diferentes centros.
Poco a poco me fui abriendo a más gente y continué ampliando el conocimiento a través de la terapia de sonido.
Una de las experiencias más ricas que transité por 4 años fue haber realizando talleres de música en un centro de niños con autismo y asperger, ahí los Cuencos tibetanos fueron una gran hermosa herramienta de llegada y conexión.
Hoy trabajo realizando talleres, meditaciones y conciertos armónicos con diferentes instrumentos.
Amo mi labor pasan los años y sigo experimentado con la voz, los cuencos tibetanos, el gong entre otros instrumentos... más no me deja de sorprender lo que mueve en el Ser..
